Stephanie Corinna Smith, an associate with Weaver, Schlenger & Mazel, has experience in family-based and employment-based immigration as well as deportation defense and asylum. Stephanie has litigated family-based adjustment of status, asylum, cancellation of removal, and criminal-related immigration cases in immigration courts and at the appellate level. Additionally, Stephanie has experience analyzing the impact of a criminal conviction on the immigration status of a foreign national, and in defending criminal cases in both the state and federal courts.
